Eric Smith began his mediation career in 2010, discovering his passion for conflict resolution while working at The Churchill Law Firm shortly after graduating from Georgia State University in 2009. He is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR) and is also listed in the federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

Eric brings over 14 years of experience in dispute resolution and currently provides mediation services through the Justice Center of Atlanta and the Fulton County Office of Dispute Resolution. His clients have ranged from large national corporations to individuals with deeply personal grievances.
 
Eric is experienced in managing high-volume and complex disputes with clarity and neutrality. He has successfully mediated cases across a wide range of sectors including banking, general commercial, insurance, employment, private client services, public sector, real estate, and professional negligence. He also holds advanced certification to mediate divorce and family law matters, broadening his ability to support clients through some of life’s most sensitive conflicts.
