
William P. Churchill III, Esq. brings nearly three decades of legal and mediation experience to the table. A graduate of Union University, Albany Law School (1988), he began his career as a staff attorney with Georgia Legal Services in Atlanta, where he served low-income clients across a six-county area in a range of general civil matters. He was later appointed as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Georgia’s Office of State Administrative Hearings, conducting over 100 civil hearings monthly.
With experience as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Georgia, William has extensive expertise mediating disputes involving state agencies, public programs, and administrative compliance.
William’s legal background includes landlord/tenant and property matters, supporting mediation in real estate disputes where legal clarity and balanced communication are needed.
His experience in labor law and employee–employer conflicts enables him to manage workplace disputes with fairness, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of employment regulations.
