William P. Churchill III, Esq. brings nearly three decades of legal and mediation experience to the table. A graduate of Union University, Albany Law School (1988), he began his career as a staff attorney with Georgia Legal Services in Atlanta, where he served low-income clients across a six-county area in a range of general civil matters. He was later appointed as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Georgia’s Office of State Administrative Hearings, conducting over 100 civil hearings monthly.

In 2002, Mr. Churchill joined the firm Deming, Parker, Hoffman, Green & Campbell, P.C., practicing in administrative, civil, domestic, real estate, contract, landlord/tenant, and labor law. Two years later, he established his own law practice to provide client-centered representation in civil, administrative, family, and personal injury law. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to treating each client with honesty, integrity, and professionalism—personally managing every stage of their legal journey, from intake to resolution.
 
Mr. Churchill has been a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR) since 1997. Drawing on his extensive experience in both litigation and administrative law, he brings clarity, structure, and impartiality to every mediation. His approach is facilitative and client-focused, ensuring that each party has space to be heard while guiding them toward effective and mutually beneficial outcomes. Mr. Churchill is equipped to mediate across a wide range of civil and administrative matters.

His experience in labor law and employee–employer conflicts enables him to manage workplace disputes with fairness, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of employment regulations.

Drawing from decades of civil practice, William mediates general business conflicts, contract issues, and complex civil cases with a balance of legal precision and practical insight.

With many years of family law practice, William helps parties in divorce, custody, and domestic matters reach resolutions that prioritize dignity and cooperation.

William has conducted hundreds of hearings and mediations concerning licensing, compliance, and procedural fairness across multiple Georgia agencies. His deep knowledge of administrative law makes him especially effective in regulatory environments.
